This was me and has been me on many occasions. I’ve suffered with depression and anxiety for many years. To you, I have it all together but behind the scenes not so much. It wasn’t until I found my passion; Something thats a natural antidepressant and much healthier than the drugs your doctor may have prescribed to you. Something that helps me sleep at night.
